By visiting our website, continuing to browse, or pre-booking any products through the site, you accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions stated herein. By using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CFMOTO Bangladesh reserves the right to change these terms at any time. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Pricing, Payment & Availability
Prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made via online gateways or at the showroom. You confirm that the payment method you use is legitimate. Pricing may change, and availability is subject to stock.
Pre-Booking Conditions
Pre-bookings must be made through the official CFMOTO pre-booking portal. Payments are confirmed once received by the company. A pre-booking session is only complete when payment is confirmed, and customers will receive confirmation via email and SMS.
Payment at Showroom
Cash payments must be made to the showroom cashier, with receipts uploaded to the portal. Booking remains pending until confirmed by our accounts department.
Changes & Adjustments
Model or color changes after payment must be made within 15 days at the showroom and may affect delivery dates.
Booking Cancellation
Cancellations can be made at the showroom or by contacting our helpline. A cancellation fee may apply according to company policy.
Delivery Terms
Delivery dates are provided after payment confirmation and may change based on production schedules. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or SMS.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made at the showroom or via email, along with bank details. Refunds will only be processed through the same payment channel used by the customer at the time of purchase. For transactions made via the SSLCOMMERZ gateway, refunds cannot be processed through any other method.
We process refunds within 5-7 working days after receiving the request from our merchants.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the pre-booking process.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their control, such as natural disasters, Political instability or acts of war.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
CFMOTO Bangladesh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
